The Field Study dress is a box-style shift dress that is propagated by fabric cuttings (offcuts). The loose-fit, open crew neckline and simple silhouette of this dress lets the assemblage of fabrics to really shine. Zero waste design is used to craft this timeless piece. A playful, joyful heirloom dress to enjoy for years to come.

Every dress is assembled individually so no two are exactly the same. These photos are a reference of the colours and fabric combinations used to craft this garment.

SIZING NOTES

This is a LOOSE-FIT STYLE garment. Juliana is a regular Size S and the top she's wearing is intended for her size - loose and roomy. Seema is a regular Size M but she prefers the Size S as it's a firmer fit so she is wearing a size down from usual.

This is designed to be an oversized dress that's very roomy. If you prefer a closer / firmer fit, we recommend choosing a size down from your usual size selection.

For body shapes with a generous bust, we suggest that you select one size smaller for this dress (ie. if you're usually a Size M, then choose the Size S). It will be more fitted and flattering across the chest whilst maintaining roominess and comfort around the hips and seat part of your body.
