HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you're not satisfied with any item you've purchased - if it isn't the right size or fit, or if there's a fault, all you have to do is email us at hello@highteawithmrswoo.com.au and we'll organise an Exchange, Repair, Store Credit or Refund.
THE RETURN PROCESS IS SIMPLE
STEP 1: EMAIL US WITH YOUR CONCERN WITHIN 14-DAYS of receiving your order. If you've received your order incorrectly, if it's not to your satisfaction, if there's a fault - we want to know so we can make it right!
STEP 2: FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL will be arranged for you to return the item.

We’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to return your item.

Ship the item back to us in the unworn / unused condition, with tags / in original packaging

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

STEP 3: EXCHANGE / REPAIR / STORE CREDIT will be provided depending on the concern.

THE EASY DETAILS
EXCHANGE / REPAIR
If there is a fault, we will Repair, Exchange or Refund. For repairs and exchanges, we provide Free Return Shipping both ways - easy. You can also choose to pick-up from our Sydney or Newcastle store.
STORE CREDIT
If we cannot repair or the item is not right, a Store Credit of the item's purchase price will be provided for you to shop again at a later date.
- Store Credits are processed within 14 days of receiving and clearing your returned items. A code is provided for you to redeem your credit online or in-store.
- Store Credits are valid for 12-months from date of issue.
REFUNDS
If a Refund is required, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving and clearing your returned items. Refunds are made via your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
PLEASE NOTE
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- We do not Refund if you’ve simply changed your mind
- There are No Refunds on Sale items
