FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered for Australian orders over $200 and International orders over $500.

Shipping is simple and straightforward. We use Australia Post which provides tracking information from placement to delivery and allows you to pick up from your local Australia Post outlet if you miss your delivery.

Please be sure to indicate your daytime address for deliveries.

Just to note, High Tea with Mrs Woo will not be liable for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by any delay in or failure of delivery by Australia Post.

Shipping within Australia

Shipping within Australia is available at the following flat fee rates:

STANDARD POST shipping will be delivered within 3-10 business days by Australia Post (expect a slightly longer wait if your destination is in regional or remote areas).

EXPRESS POST shipping will be delivered within 1-3 business days by Australia Post.

PICK-UP IN-STORE means your order will be prepared for you to collect from our Sydney or Newcastle store. You will be notified by email when your order is ready!

International Shipping

International shipping is available at a flat fee rate of $50AUD International Standard.

Your orders will be delivered via Australia Post’s trackable* International Standard service. It is affiliated with the postal services within your country. The estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities is 6+ business days (expect longer if your destination is in regional or remote areas). This excludes time in customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.
