Returns and Exchanges
We appreciate your careful and serious selection. Please contact us immediately via phone or email to return any items for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund considerations.
Upon acceptance of your Return request, we will provide the Exchange by replacement or repair and send these items to you without further postage fee. If a Store Credit or Refund is required, we will process this exchange within 7-14 days of receiving and clearing your returned items. Refunds are made via your original method of payment.
High Tea with Mrs Woo provides postage for 1 x Exchange should it be required. For additional exchanges, you must provide return reply-paid satchels for us to send further replacement items. If you do not provide one, postage fees will be forwarded to you.
To Exchange size, colour or style, you must get in touch with us immediately or within 7-days of receiving your order. Goods are returned at your own postage cost. High Tea with Mrs Woo covers the exchange postage fee.
Goods returned for Exchange or Store Credit must be returned in original condition - that is new, unused and in unworn condition. They will not be accepted for Exchange if High Tea with Mrs Woo considers these items used.
Refunds are only applicable for serious faults or manufacturing defects. We do not refund if you’ve simply changed your mind.
You must notify us immediately upon discovering faulty materials or workmanship of goods purchased and send the defective items back to High Tea with Mrs Woo promptly. Upon receiving the faulty items, we will repair or replace them to send to you as quickly as possible.
If we cannot exchange or replace it, a Store Credit of the purchase value will be provided for you to shop again at a later date.
There are no Refunds on Sale items.
Store Credits and Gift Vouchers are valid for 12-months from date of issue.
If we cannot repair or replace the faulty or incorrect item that you return, a Store Credit of the item's purchase price will be provided for you to choose a replacement. Please quote the Store Credit reference number when redeeming your credit amount.
In the interest of health and hygiene, we are unable to Refund or Exchange earrings.
